What you need to get in to the Graduate Diploma in Management at Athabasca University?
This program is designed for working managers and professionals who either do not wish to complete an MBA program at this time or who do not meet the educational requirements for entry into an MBA program. An applicant must either: meet the educational and work experience requirements as outlined for the MBA programs OR demonstrate substantive managerial experience (at least 8 - 10 years) and relevant education and training that would enable one to successfully complete graduate level studies. Applicants who hold neither an accredited degree nor a professional designation may be considered for entry into the GDM program provided they can demonstrate to the admissions committee that they have sufficient depth and breadth of managerial experience, relevant education and training, and clear objectives for studying at the graduate level. Successful completion of the GDM is accepted as an academic credential for admission to the MBA program stream.
