The objective of the program is to assist instructors in starting a teaching career. The purpose is to build presentation skills, confidence in the classroom and to provide an opportunity for instructors to interact professionally with other instructional colleagues. Becoming a Master Instructor (BMI) is organized into three levels of learning. Throughout the program, a variety of modules are offered to the participants.
